LinkedIn gets visual!

LinkedIn gets Visual!

Linkedin is looking to make user profiles more visually appealing.
Linkedin has spruced up the Activity section of your LinkedIn Profile to more visibly display your content. Whether it’s images, videos, newsletters, or documents, you get to choose the content type your Activity section shows first, as mentioned by LinkedIn's Director of Product, Karen Baruch.

This experience will be available to all members, and the goal of this update is that your network will quickly find and engage with your content, leading to more professional connections and opportunities! A win-win situation.

I think LinkedIn is on the right track by looking for ways to make user profiles more visually appealing. I'm sure if they focus on making the profiles easier to navigate and customize, users will be able to make their profiles stand out and show off their skills and accomplishments in a more effective way, especially in their professional life.

This is a great step forward to make LinkedIn compete amongst the other social platforms in a very thought-driven, and creative way!
